Chad Nabity Director of the Hall County Regional Planning Commission was elected NPZA president at the 2008 Conference in Grand Island on February 21. Nabity had served as the 1st Vice President of the organization for many years. Nabity had served previously as the Nebraska Chapter of the American Planning Association President for four years.
